INTKOR Residency specializes in packages for long-term, business clients.

However, we provide the highest levels of service to accommodate all our guest's needs regardless of their length of stay.

We can create a package for any length of stay with rates and rooms tailored to your personal needs.

모든 요금은 1박 / USD 기준으로, 달러로 지불 가능합니다. All prices in USD per night

이용 규정 안내

요금에는 조식이 포함되어 있습니다.

요금 지불은 미화달러(USD)나 탄자니아실링(TZS) 현금으로 가능하며, 원화 또는 USD 계좌이체도 가능합니다.

신용카드의 경우 마스터카드, 비자카드 사용 가능합니다.

6세 미만의 아동은 요금이 따로 부과되지 않습니다(보호자와 함께 투숙).

체크인과 체크아웃 시간은 오후 12시(정오)입니다.

단 오후 12시(정오) 이후 체크아웃할 시 추가요금이 부과됩니다.

디럭스/수퍼디럭스 룸에 투숙인원 증원 시 1인 추가 당 20불이 별도로 청구됩니다.

공항 픽업 요청 시 1회당 50불입니다. (최대 5인 탑승 기준)

픽업차량 이용 시 자정~새벽 6시 사이에는 추가요금이 부과됩니다.

Policy

-  All prices include a full breakfast.
-  The room rates are payable in USD / TZS in cash. You can also pay with wire transfer in USD / KRW.
-  We accept only Master & Visa credit cards.

Children        Free under 6 years of age and staying in parents' room

Check-in/out time        12:00 pm / 12:00 pm

Late check-out           Additional cost will be charged.

 *Extra guest in the Deluxe or Super Deluxe Room would result in an extra $20 per each person.

Airport Transfer       USD 50 for minivan (max 5 pax)

   Additional rates will be applied between midnight and 6 am in case of airport transfer.
